The Netherlands: Damen Unveils Walk to Work Vessel

Damen Shipyards has unveiled a completely new Wind Farm Service Vessel (WSV) to support and accommodate turbine maintenance crews at sea and allow them to ‘Walk-to-Work’.

DONG Energy to Build Gode Wind 1, 2 Offshore Wind Farms (Germany)

DONG Energy has decided to build the offshore wind farms Gode Wind 1 and 2 in the German part of the North Sea. The construction will represent a total investment of approximately EUR 2.2 billion [DKK 16.4 billion].

Dong Energy is investing 16.4 billion Danish kroner in the Gode Wind wind farm project, and Bladt Industries has been chosen to deliver the 97 foundations for the project.
