The operations and maintenance (O&M) base for the 247 MW Arcadis Ost 1 offshore wind farm has officially been opened at the Port of Sassnitz–Mukran, Germany.

Parkwind, the developer of the Arcadis Ost 1 offshore wind farm, said that the office in Mukran will serve as the base for the project and as a central point for their future growth ambitions in Germany.

The building will see up to 40 professionals overseeing and maintaining the 257 MW project, located northeast of the island of Rügen in the German sector of the Baltic Sea.
