On 30 April 2015 the DanTysk wind farm was inaugurated in Hamburg, Germany.
DanTysk is one of the first large-scale offshore wind farms ever to be built in the German North Sea and will provide 400.000 households with renewable electricity.
The ceremony, held in Hamburg, was attended by German Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Sigmar Gabriel, Swedish Minister for Enterprise and Innovation Mikael Damberg, Hamburg Mayor Olaf Scholz and Torsten Albig, Prime Minister of the State of Schleswig-Holstein, joined Magnus Hall, President and CEO of Vattenfall, and Dr Florian Bieberbach, CEO of SWM.
