The company will inspect the service lifts and cranes of the wind turbines that are maintained by Siemens Gamesa on behalf of the operators, including Siemens Gamesa’s own turbines and those produced by Adwen and Senvion.

The new agreement follows a contract signed at the beginning of the year for tests on offshore wind turbines in the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, and is a continuation of the cooperation of Siemens Gamesa with TÜV Rheinland which has been in place since 2017.
