Dutch companies Marlow Offshore and SeaZip Offshore Service have established MarZip Offshore Personnel, a joint venture which combines the services provided by each of the two companies.
According to the companies, the joint venture is an answer to the increasing demand for a single contact service concept for project-based, international offshore staffing solutions.
To MarZip Offshore Personnel, Marlow will bring in its recruitment, crewing, and HR services, while SeaZip will be in charge of the maritime and logistics support.
“We have 24/7 access to a global network of immediately available offshore professionals,” said Stephan Nunnink, managing director at MarZip Offshore Personnel.
”Thanks to our active involvement in the offshore world and knowledge of the operational processes, we know how to screen staff for each project and vacancy. We provide both capacity and flexibility; we supply exactly that which the offshore energy industry needs, no matter the project phase concerned.”
