Ørsted Picks EDS HV SAP Services for UK Wind Farms

High voltage engineering specialist EDS HV Management has signed a Framework Agreement with Ørsted to provide SAP Services across the company’s range of UK offshore wind farms.

EDS HV Management said that the two-year long contract includes the provision of electrical personnel to Ørsted to support high voltage operations across the company’s UK wind farms, including Gunfleet Sands, Walney 1 & 2 and Burbo Bank.

Ryan Calvert, Operations Director at EDS HV Group, said: “It is fantastic to be able to formalise the relationship that Ørsted and EDS have been building. Over the past 18 months we have been very proud of the excellent performance of our engineers across Ørsted’s wind farms, demonstrating our high levels of competence and professionalism. We are proud to have secured this framework agreement and very much look forward to accompanying Ørsted on their journey as they continue to transform their business.”
