New CEO of Siemens Wind Power Business Unit appointed

Until now, Saul was Managing Director of Siemens Energy in the UK and also responsible at Energy for the Regions North and West Europe.

In 1994, Saul gained a degree in engineering at the University of Hanover. He joined Siemens’ Fossil Power Generation Division in 1996 as project manager, where he held various managerial posts. Following a short term as project manager with a consulting company in the automobile sector, in 2002 Saul assumed managerial functions at Siemens, including responsibility for power plants sales and marketing in the Middle East. In 2005, he was appointed head of power plant business for the Siemens Power Generation Group in the UK.
