Kersten Europe: Achieving More in Bending Technology (UK)

 

Kersten Europe B.V. has been awarded with the contract for bending parts for the Gwynt y Môr landing platforms.

Kersten Europe delivers all bent hollow sections for 160 landing platforms. The Gwynt y Môr windmill park is based in the Iris Sea, 18km off the coast of North Wales, United Kingdom.

The contract consisted of bending 537 pcs RHS300x200x12.5mm, including 3D cutting of the ends with welding edges. Kersten Europe makes use of modern Robot Technology for cutting 3D ends of bent sections.
