The scope of work covers the procurement of steel, manufacturing of the monopiles, and delivery.

The tender remains open until 29 January 2021. The contract will run from the end of November 2021 to the end of September 2024.

He Dreiht will feature wind turbines with an individual rated capacity of at least 7 MW.

The project is located within the German Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of the North Sea, about 85 kilometres north of the island Borkum and 95 kilometres west of the island Helgoland.

The tender for the inter-array cables is also currently open.

EnBW secured rights to develop the 900 MW project in April 2017 by placing a zero-subsidy bid in the first competitive tender in Germany.

The wind farm is scheduled to be commissioned by 2025.
