Thomas Thune Andersen was elected new Chairman of the Board of Directors of DONG Energy A/S at the company’s extraordinary general meeting.

Benny D. Loft, acting Chairman of the Board of Directors since DONG Energy’s annual general meeting on 12 March, will continue as a member of DONG Energy’s Board of Directors and as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.
