VIDEO: Marine Planning in Wales

Under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (MCAA), the Welsh Government is responsible for developing and creating marine plans in Wales.

The government will have discussions with individuals and organisations throughout the marine planning process.

They want the marine plan to help manage marine activities in a sustainable way and which considers economic, social and environmental issues.
