On June 19, Alicat Workboats latest vessel, the brand new design 22m DNV Class Dalby Aire took to the seas on her maiden voyage. With a completely redesigned island wheelhouse, the latest vessel to be built at the Great Yarmouth yard looked majestic as she sailed down the River Yare to the harbour mouth. Then a quick sprint along the coast to Lowestoft and back was enough to prove to all on board that the vessel was ready.
The Dalby Aire will be handed over to new owners Dalby Offshore Renewables at the Seawork International Exhibition.

Inside the exhibition the companies will display their respective vessel portfolios on stand B47. Outside Alicat will unveil the first of its new design workboats at Berth V29 and South Boats IOW will showcase its latest 24m WFSV at Berth V27.
