Estonia: Freenergy and Vardar Eurus Merge into NeljaEnergia OÜ
Freenergy and Vardar Eurus, Estonia’s largest wind farm companies, have merged into NeljaEnergia OÜ.
The new company will operate 17 wind farms in three Baltic countries, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
“In the next years, we will invest 150 million euros in Baltic renewable energy, to which the cost of an offshore wind farm will be added,” NeljaEnergia director, Martin Kruus, said.
The total assets of the merging companies are 335 million euros.
