Areva Opens Office in Scotland
French power company, Areva, will soon acquire a renewable energy office in Edinburgh, according to Scotsman.
The company will try to ink deals in the wind industry with its 5 MW M5000 offshore wind turbine.
Mainly known for nuclear power, 90% of the AREVA is owned by the French government but it also has interests in other energy projects.
