Fred. Olsen Windcarrier Gets One Owner
Norway’s Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA completed their merger today, 5 May, with Bonheur ASA as the surviving entity.
The completed merger implies that all assets, rights and obligations of Ganger Rolf ASA are transferred into Bonheur ASA.
As a corollary, Ganger Rolf ASA is liquidated and deleted from the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
The surviving entity now has a 100% stake in Fred. Olsen Windcarrier AS, a company providing transport and installation services for the offshore wind industry, and Universal Foundation Norway AS, a turbine foundations provider.
The completion of the merger proceedings was registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
