By attending the annual event of the European wind energy industry EWEA 2014, held in Barcelona from 10 to 13 March, TECADE has opened new business possibilities in the offshore wind sector.
They established contacts with major players in this industry such as ACCIONA, IBERDROLA, ALSTOM, General Electric, Vestas, Siemens, AREVA, etc.
All of them currently are immersed in diverse offshore wind projects worldwide. The rapid growth in this sector, especially in its offshore segment, fosters the development and manufacture of large-sized structures applied to wind power generation.
The new capabilities of TECADE sparked interest during the event, particularly on the new implementation in the port area of Seville TECADE YARD . The main advantage of this new offshore area is the direct access to their piers and major shipping lines. TECADE YARD is a versatile space with high performance machinery for the development of this type of industry.
