All participants of theRettungskette Offshore Wind” research project, which entails emergency rescue actions for offshore wind, led by Prof. Christian Jurgens and coordinated by Dr. Nils Weinrich, can look back on an eventful and exciting first year of the project.

To discuss the findings of this project, a symposium will be held on 26 and 27 April.

The fact that this project is not just a theory is supported by the topics on  the event’s agenda:

– Emergency Medicine in Offshore Wind Farms Knowledge and Vision (Markus Stuhr),

Telemedical Emergency Assistance System Temras (Michael Czaplik),

– Research Project Primairr: Concept for the primary air rescue in less developed areas (Benjamin Käser),

– Accident and Injury Patterns in the German Wind Industry – Onshore vs. Offshore (Dirk Dethleff),

– Instruments of the Rescue Chain: Register, Guideline and Algorithms (Klaus Seide / Maja Nielsen).
