Germany: Nordex CEO Thomas Richterich to Leave Company for Personal Reasons
Nordex SE is preparing for a change of CEO. The chief executive officer Thomas Richterich will be handing over responsibility to an as yet unnamed successor and will not renew his contract again, which will expire on June 30, 2012.
As a result, Richterich will be leaving Nordex in his tenth year on the company’s Management Board. This step is motivated by personal reasons. The Supervisory Board respects this decision, which will facilitate early planning of the transition phase.
During the remaining months of his contract, Richterich will be working on important strategic projects aimed at aligning the Company to the changed market conditions. Consequently, the Management Board will be achieving a smooth transition to Richterich’s successor.
