Manor Finishes Hohe See Job
Manor Renewable Energy (MRE) has completed its operations at the EnBW Hohe See offshore wind farm in Germany.

MRE was in charge of providing temporary power, personnel and a multi-purpose vessel during the project’s turbine commissioning under a contract secured with EnBW in April.
Located approximately 98km from the German coast, Hohe See covers an area of roughly 42km2, with water depths of up to 40m.
The 497MW offshore wind farm comprises 71 Siemens Gamesa 7MW turbines, the last of which was installed at the site mid-August by Fred. Olsen Windcarrier’s jack-up Blue Tern.
Hohe See delivered first power mid-July, while the commissioning of all 71 turbines, as well as the 16 units at the neighboring Albatros project, is expected to take place by the end of the year.
