The EUR 1,5 million tender covers the supply of additional twelve months of validated metocean data before the permit tender for Hollandse Kust (noord) closes in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The Dutch government requires at least 24 months of validated metocean data measured at the Hollandse Kust wind farm zone.

Hollandse Kust (zuid) is contracted for 24 months and Hollandse Kust (noord) is currently contracted for 12 months, with the projects currently ongoing.

The field data will be obtained by means of two individual floating systems equipped with a LiDAR system to measure wind properties and dedicated instrumentation to measure wave and current properties.

The tender will remain open until 06 March and the contract execution is expected to start in April 2018.
