Germany Ups 2017 Offshore Wind Tender Volume

Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) has proposed an amendment to the Renewable Energy Act (EEG) which would enable two offshore wind tenders with a total capacity of 2.92GW to be held in 2017.

Saipem Enters Hywind Scotland Project

Nordsee One Foundations All Set

Over the last weekend, Belgium’s GeoSea installed the final foundation at the 332MW Nordsee One offshore wind farm located approximately 40 kilometres north of the island of Juist in the German part of the North Sea.
