North East England is set to host one of the biggest energy events in 2015.
NOF Energy, the business development organisation for the oil, gas, nuclear, offshore and renewable sectors, has almost tripled the exhibition area at Energy: A Balanced Future.
The exhibition due to take place on March 11 at Sage Gateshead is already sold out, with over 80 companies taking part after 30 more spaces were added by NOF Energy to accommodate overwhelming demand from companies in the UK and around the world.
Alongside the exhibition, the Energy: A Balanced Future conference will address the need for a balanced energy mix and will cover oil, gas, nuclear, offshore renewables, shale gas and future energy resources. It will also highlight opportunities and challenges for the supply chain and provide a unique networking environment.
Caroline Lofthouse, Business Development Manager at NOF Energy, said: “Energy: A Balanced Future is the perfect platform for companies to address the major issues within the energy sector and we have expanded the exhibition to make sure as many companies as possible are given the chance to get their message out to leading companies.
“The combination of the exhibition and the conference makes the event a unique opportunity for any firm in the oil, gas, nuclear, offshore and renewable sectors and the fact that we have sold all of our exhibition space proves how highly firms with global interests regard the chance to speak in North East England.”
