Global Offshore Wind 2014 to Kick Off Soon

Global Offshore Wind 2014, taking place from June 11 to June 12 at Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre, is now in its 13th year.

Global Offshore Wind 2014 to Kick Off Soon

The UK’s installed offshore wind capacity is greater than the rest of the world’s combined, and the country has an active, well established, local offshore wind industry, complemented by strong involvement from key international players.

UK Trade & Investment’s (UKTI) engagement here will provide an update on international opportunities that exist for UK companies and outline and strengthen the support in place to help UK companies reach these markets.

UKTI will have a significant presence of overseas specialists at the event who, in understanding their own markets, can offer valuable knowledge, contacts and opportunities to UK companies who engage in our 1-2-1 meeting programme. UKTI will also be hosting a number of main conference and side sessions during Global Offshore Wind.

UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) works with UK-based businesses to ensure their success in international markets, and encourage the best overseas companies to look to the UK as their global partner of choice. It has professional advisers both within the UK and across more than 100 international markets.
