Mojo Sponsors Offshore Cable Forum

Mojo Maritime is sponsoring this week’s Offshore Cable Forum, which will be held in London from 12-14 February 2014.

During the Forum, Richard Parkinson, Managing Director of Mojo Managing, will host a discussion on the company’s new vessel designs, including that of offshore construction vessel Hi Flo 4 (HF4).

Mojo Maritime announced the vessel design at the Renewable UK 2013 Wave and Tidal Event in London, last year in March.

Besides installation of foundations, subsea connectors and turbines in a wide range of conditions, the vessel is also capable of cable installation. The design has been inspired by Mojo’s work with Bauer on their award winning BSD-3000 Subsea Drill and provides a safe and economic platform for installing drilled foundations.

Richard Parkinson said:

“With subsea cable issues being a key driver of offshore project delays and the main subject of insurance claims, the use of optimised methods and tools is of upmost Importance to the offshore wind industry.”
