TÜV SÜD America Inc announces that it will participate with Project Management Support Services Limited (PMSS), a subsidiary of TÜV SÜD Group, at the  AWEA OFFSHORE WINDPOWER 2012 Conference & Exhibition at the Virginia Beach Convention Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia on October 9 -11, 2012.
