USA: 3TIER Appoints New Vice President of Global Sales

3TIER, a world leader in renewable energy risk analysis, announced that Jerry Schwartz has joined the company as vice president of global sales.

Mr. Schwartz is a former Microsoft international sales executive with over 15 years of senior leadership experience directing global sales and marketing strategy in diverse software, Internet services, and enterprise solution markets. The appointment reflects the maturation of 3TIER’s international market presence, with a footprint that now includes North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific regions.

Mr. Schwarz was formerly director, office of international affairs at Microsoft, where he managed critical issues escalation and engagements with governmental and non-governmental entities for the Asia Pacific, Latin American, and Indian regions. He also has a successful track record of driving global opportunities and building revenue streams throughout Europe, Asia, and the emerging economies of Brazil, Russia, India, and China.

He holds a JD and MBA in Business and International Law from the University of Puget Sound and a LLM in International Taxation from Salzburg University in Austria.
