Miros to Monitor Waves and Draught on Bold Tern

Fred Olsen Windcarrier AS in Norway has bought Miros’ new WaveSystem 200, which has been installed on the Bold Tern WTI jack-up vessel.

The WaveSystem 200 is a wave monitoring system utilized on jack-up vessels to give accurate wave parameters and draught data. The real time wave and draught data give valuable input to the operator during jack-up/down operations.

This is Miros’ first delivery of WaveSystem 200 and an important milestone in the company’s strategy to provide advanced, tailored wave monitoring solutions for specific maritime applications.
