Trump to Fight EOWDC in November (UK)
A hearing for the case of Donald Trump against the European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre (EOWDC) project has been scheduled to take place on November 12, according to BBC Scotland.
Earlier this year, Mr. Trump has filed a legal complaint against the development of the project and his lawyers will now make their best to challenge the decision of the Scottish Government to allow the construction of offshore wind turbines in Aberdeen Bay, close to Mr. Trump’s golf resort.
“There is a four-day hearing fixed for the petition for judicial review on 12 November at the Court of Session,” a spokeswoman from the Scottish Courts Service confirmed to BBC.
