Rotech Subsea Ltd. has secured contracts with Boskalis Subsea Cables & Flexibles for work on an undisclosed offshore wind farm in the North Sea.

Rotech will use its TRS1 and TRS1 LD tools for cable de-burial and reburial scopes on an offshore wind project in the southern sector of the North Sea.
The campaigns are set to run for several months, Rotech said.
According to the company, the tools are part of the new RS non-contact Controlled Flow Excavation (CFE) range of equipment.
To remind, Rotech recently completed a three-phase inspection, repair, and maintenance (IRM) scope at an offshore wind farm in the North Sea.
The TRS1 CFE was used to carry out cable de-burial and retrenching at the project, with the new RSG1 cable grab tool also deployed.
