VIDEO: Alstom’s Offshore Wind Turbine Factories

Last week, Alstom launched construction works of its first two offshore wind turbine factories in Saint-Nazaire, France. The plants will be entirely devoted to assembling nacelles and manufacturing generators for the 6 MW Haliade 150 offshore wind turbine. Check out the artist impression of the plants in this video:
