Bonheur Announces Board of Directors Reshuffle

The Shareholders’ Committee of Bonheur ASA has elected Carol Bell (UK) and Nicholas (Nick) Andrew Emery (UK) as new Directors to the Board of the Company.

Anna-Synnøve Bye retires from the Board. Anna-Synnøve Bye has since 1998, first as an Alternate Director to the Board and thereafter from 2003 as a Director served the Company with commitment and prudence.

The Board of the Company is hereafter composed by the following Directors: Fred. Olsen (Chairman), Helen Margaret Mahy, Carol Bell, Andreas Mellbye and Nick Emery.
