Milan Round Table With UNEP detail page

The aim of the Round Tables is to foster public-private partnerships for financially viable clean energy applications in developing economies. The ultimate aim of the Round Tables is to identify projects with attractive investment potential, and to match them with available financing. During the Round Tables, project proposals will be presented and discussed by financial, technology and policy experts, led by UNEP and the EEC. The best projects identified will then enter a development phase in the selected locations. UNEP will aim to identify both effective financial and policy de-risking instruments and ample public and private sector funding to scale up the level of investment in clean energy technologies.
