The world’s largest event dedicated to floating offshore wind. Following FOWT 2018’s resounding success with nearly 6800 participants from 25 different countries, preparation of FOWT 2019 is actively under way and will take place in Occitanie/Pyrénées Méditerranée region in spring. 

A true international event with over over 50% of foreign attendance expected ; many foreign delegations and companies have already confirmed their presence. Three days: World-renowned speakers and experts will be sharing their latest findings and observations on the following topics: bankability, insurability and financing of commercial-scale projects, latest developments in public policies, O&M, HSE, zoning, permitting and local acceptability, technical innovations, industrialization, standards and certification, etc…

A privileged meeting place for business 
Between 800 and 1000 attendees expected, structured “meet the buyer” and B2B meetings for registered participants, a market accelerating approach . The objective of FOWT is to further the advancement of floating wind and to accelerate its implementation into the global renewable energy mix.This event is meant to promote constructive discussions between all actors and stakeholders of this emerging industry. Hence the affordable registration fee and the “no pay to speak policy” implemented by the organization committee.
