OFFSHORE 2011, EWEA’s offshore wind energy conference and exhibition, will build on the huge success of the previous edition that took place in Stockholm, Sweden, from 14 to 16 September 2009 and attracted over 4,850 people coming to see over 260 exhibitors and participate in the 23 conference sessions and numerous side events.
