Over the past 30 years, the wind energy turbine tower has grown from 40 meters to over 100+ meters with turbine sizes reaching 6 and more MW. Wind energy capacity curves improve with height because the wind profile is stronger.This conference will deal with new concepts on steel tubular towers, lattice towers, prestressed concrete and hybrid towers.
