HAEUSLER AG is a leading Swiss manufacturer of machines for the metal forming industry based in Duggingen, Switzerland. The company was founded in 1936 by Christian Häusler as a small locksmith’s shop in Dornach. The product portfolio consists of 3-roll and 4-roll plate bending machines, accommodating plates up to 24 meters in width and thickness exceeding 300 mm, capable of producing 20 pipes per hour for dedicated applications. These HAEUSLER machines are designed for heavy-duty applications and are reputed for their precision, advanced automation and ease of operation, with maximum efficiency and lowest complexity.

By inclining all three rolls, cones are maintained in a stable position on the machine, enabling continuous calibration of cones without additional manipulators.

Our modular upper supports are available in a wide range of sizes, with a capacity up to 200 t supporting force and up to 18.5m diameter supporting range. Owing to their unique mechanical design and their load control features, the HAUSLER supports represent the only “fail safe” system on the market.

The patented “train” infeed system allows the fast feeding of plates for cylindrical and conical sections while preventing indentations and scratches on the weld preparation and the plate surface. It is the only system supporting simultaneous multidirectional plate movements .
