CS WIND Offshore operates independently within CS WIND Corporation, allowing us to focus on foundation manufacturing while benefiting from shared supply chains, resources, and best practices. CS WIND Corporation began producing wind towers in Vietnam in 2003, employs around 4,500 people, and has supplied over 13,000 towers globally.

In 2023, CS WIND Corporation acquired Bladt Industries, rebranding it as CS WIND Offshore and expanding into offshore wind substructures.

CS WIND Offshore’s Aalborg facility focuses on Transition Piece manufacturing and offers direct access to quay infrastructure for efficient logistics. Our location near the North Sea and Baltic Sea provides ideal access to European offshore wind markets, with successful deliveries to the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, and Denmark.

Our workforce of over 500 employees in Denmark is committed to safety and quality, maintaining welding defect rates as low as 0.05%.

In 2025, we achieved milestones such as producing XXL Monopiles up to 123.6 meters, delivering 176 Transition Pieces for the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind project, completing Offshore Substations for Poland’s Baltic Power project, and starting work on the Nordlicht 1 offshore wind farm – Germany’s largest offshore wind farm. With more than 50 wind farm projects and over 3,200 foundations delivered since our founding in 1965 as Bladt Industries, we remain dedicated to excellence, reliability, and safety, supplying high-quality offshore wind foundations to clients globally.
