Boston Energy has secured work with MHI Vestas for the pre-assembly contracts to be delivered at the Port of Vlissingen, the Netherlands.
The UK-based company has previously provided support to MHI Vestas for pre-assembly activities for the Burbo Bank Extension and Walney Three offshore wind farms.
Most recently, MHI Vestas awarded Boston Energy with three wind turbine generator (WTG) statutory inspection contracts in the UK, which were scheduled to commence in early April 2018.
“I am delighted MVOW have had the confidence in Boston Energy to award us with such a significant share of these new and prestigious contracts,” said Adrian Yeaman, Operations Manager at Boston Energy.
“We now look forward to delivering the scope of work with our usual ‘can do’ attitude and our engineering mentality – assuring our actions are safe, we deliver a quality of service and we link fully with MHI Vestas in promoting their zero harm culture. ”
