Pacific Orca Picking Up Last Sandbank Foundations

Jack-up vessel Pacific Orca has arrived at the Port of Esbjerg to carry out the last load-out of monopiles and transition pieces for the Sandbank offshore wind farm.

After all 72 foundations are in place, the installation of Siemens 4 MW wind turbines will begin. This will also be done also from the base port in Esbjerg.

The 288 MW Sandbank offshore wind farm is planned to be fully commissioned in 2017.
