Councilors to Discuss Aberdeen Coastline Plans (UK)

Aberdeen councilors are going to discuss the Aberdeen coastline plans for 11 wind turbines, reports stv.

Donald Trump stands hard against that project. He has delayed his luxury project at Balmedie, until his requests for stopping the project are fulfilled.

The European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre has received about 400 letters of support and just few letters of objection.

Councilors will study the impact of turbines on that area, and will not make a clear decision, they will just give their opinion and views, before final say.

Members of local area committees have supported the application, but still there are certain concerns about the project’s impact on the shipping lane to and from Aberdeen harbour.
