Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

• 3 - 5 years’ experience working in the marine environment, 10+ years of experience in sales and management for various industrial construction, dredging, hydrotechnics sectors
• Degree in Industrial construction, Marine construction or other relevant fields
• Strong understanding of dredging market and competition
• Strong understanding of the tender procedures in EMEA region
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to build/develop relationships at all levels
• Well-known public figure with a wide contact network and solid reputation
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and risks effectively
• Fluent English

Recommended remuneration level for this position will be revealed throughout the search (1st Progress Report after 2-3 weeks).
