YOUR ROLE

The Groningen survey district carries out inspections during new construction. From start till delivery of a new construction vessel you are carrying out inspections according to class rules and international legislation. You are responsible for technical verifications, recording of the inspections, and communication with the shipyard.

YOUR PROFILE

1. You graduated in Naval Architecture (HBO) and have at least 3 years relevant experience or Intermediate vocational education with least 5 years of relevant experience.
2. You have extensive technical skills and are familiar with- or interested in International Legislation. Experience as a surveyor is preferred.
3. Dutch and English language skills in word and writing are a requirement. You have good communication skills, are proficient with computers and you feel at home in a highly dynamic environment.
4. International Welding Technologist (IWT) certification is a plus
