PSA Marine has acquired shareholding in Njord Offshore, which has been managing the crew transfer vessels of PSA Marine’s subsidiary Ventus Marine Limited since 2015.
The company currently manages a fleet of 15 classed crew transfer vessels with a further 2 x 27m new build CTVs in the pipeline to be delivered in the first quarter of 2018.
