Antitrust authority approves Siemens as equity partner in A2SEA (Denmark)

On June 29 2010 it was announced that Siemens would become equity partner in offshore wind park installation specialist A2SEA A/S.

The investment has now been approved by the German antitrust authority and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2010.

The information provided in this announcement will not change DONG Energy’s previous financial guidance for the financial year 2010 or the expected investment level.

DONG Energy is one of the leading energy groups in Northern Europe. We are headquartered in Denmark. Our business is based on procuring, producing, distributing and trading in energy and related products in Northern Europe.
