Acta Marine

The Acta Centaurus will assist MHI Vestas with the commissioning of the 77 V164 9.5 MW wind turbines at the site from the second quarter of 2020 to the fourth quarter of 2020.

The base-port of the Acta Centaurus will be Flushing, the Netherlands.

The Borssele III and IV wind farm is being built 22 kilometres off the coast of the Province of Zeeland. Offshore construction at the site started back in October with the installation of the first monopiles.

The wind farm is being developed by the Blauwwind consortium of Partners Group (45%), Shell (20%), DGE (15%), Eneco Group (10%) and Van Oord (10%).

Most recently Acta Marine supported MHI Vestas with Walk to Work and logistics support services on the Deutsche Bucht offshore wind farm in the German North Sea. This was the maiden project for the Acta Centaurus upon her delivery from the yard.
