Vattenfall has invited tenders for the provision of offshore project certification services for the Kriegers Flak offshore wind farm and its nearshore wind projects Vesterhav Nord and Vesterhav Syd.
The tender is divided into three lots and covers the certification of the foundation design (including monopiles and transition pieces), surveillance and certification of their fabrication, transportation and installation, as well as overseeing and certifying the manufacturing, transportation, installation and commissioning of the wind turbines for the three projects.
The deadline for submitting tenders is 22 January 2018.
The works under the lot concerning the certification of the design of monopiles and transition pieces is scheduled to start in February 2018 and last until the end of June 2019, while certification operations related to their fabrication, transportation and installation are expected to take place from 1 October 2018 until 31 March 2021.
Contract for the surveillance and certification of wind turbine manufacturing, transportation, installation and commissioning will start in 1 April 2019 and end on 30 September 2021.
