Offshore service provider NDE Offshore has started annual inspections of the helideck substructures on three HVDC platforms in the German North Sea for Siemens Transmission.

Offshore service provider NDE Offshore has started annual inspections of the helideck substructures on three HVDC platforms in the German North Sea for Siemens Transmission.

NDE Offshore started the topside service performance of helideck inspections on SylWin Alpha, HelWin Alpha, followed by BorWin Beta.

Siemens awarded NDE Offshore with a contract to provide periodic inspections of the helidecks on three offshore platforms in June 2016.

The grid connections are owned by German-Dutch transmission grid operator TenneT.
