The state government of Schleswig-Holstein welcomed a delegation from the French partner region Pays de la Loire for a 3 day visit starting on July 15.
During the visit a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the regions with a view to cooperating in the field of skills and qualifications in the offshore wind sector.
The delegation visited OffTEC, the Nautical School Schleswig-Holstein and BZEE to learn more about the region’s onshore and offshore wind expertise.
BZEE has already certified 6 training facilities in France to the BZEE standard paving the way for a uniform international training standard.
