Siemens-ownded Marine Current Turbines has today welcomed the publication of ReGen South West’s Renewable Energy Manifesto, and in particular supports the organisation’s call for a clear and consistent regulatory framework to encourage the further growth of the renewables sector, and the Government’s continued support for marine energy.

MCT/Siemens new test and assembly facility in Bristol, opened recently by DECC’s Secretary of State Edward Davey, is highlighted in the Manifesto.

The company will be exhibiting at ReGen South West’s event in the House of Commons on June 4th to promote the region’s renewable industries and the Manifesto.
