Engineering students have chosen ACCIONA as the fifth best company to work for in Spain, according to a report made by a firm of consultants, Universum.

More than 6,206 engineering and IT students from 32 Spanish universities took part in the study, which was carried out from November 2011 to April 2012.

The results of the Spanish Student Survey reveal how students perceive organizations as employers in Spain. The research functions as a basis for decision-making when choosing target groups, messages and channels for future employer branding campaigns and as a control instrument for measuring the appeal an organization has over its specific target groups.

The rankings reveal how attractive an employer is amongst students and indicates company’s position in relation to other ideal employers in the recruitment market. The rankings enable employers to track and set targets for measuring their level of employer attractiveness.
